At YSL, we’ve formulated our sustainable skincare and beauty without sacrificing on quality. Moreover, by sourcing organic and ethically grown ingredients, the efficacy of our formulas is further assured.

The ingredients implemented across our skin-boosting, clean skincare products are sourced with the strictest regulations in place. Some of the plants, extracts and flowers grown locally in YSL’s Ourika Community Gardens and ethically sourced elsewhere include:

• Moonlight cactus flower: these sweet-scented flowers bloom for only six hours, once a year. Rich in complexion-enhancing lipids, this ingredient is used in Pure Shots Night Reboot Serum.
• Diva lavender heart : grown in the low-mountain areas of Provence, diva lavender is selected for its high yield and scent-rich essence. YSL’s farming of this ingredient is part of an initiative to promote the return of lavender crops to France, working with local partners to ensure sustainability. You can find diva lavender heart in our signature Libre Eau de Parfum.
• Orange blossom : sourced from the Atlas Mountains, orange blossom moisturises and encourages cell renewal in dulled skin. Pure Shots Perfect Plumper Cream is rich in this natural ingredient and instantly plumps and brightens skin.
