HOW IT WORKS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Virtual Consultations (“the Services”) are provided by YSL Beauty Australia, a division of L'Oréal Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 40 004 191 673) of 564 St Kilda Road, Melbourne, VIC 3004, Australia (“the Service Provider”). By booking the Services, you (“the User”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Individuals must be aged 16 years or over to request the Services. In the event of any individual under the age of 18, they must have parent/guardian permission to request the Services. The Service Provider recommends that the User access the Services via a mobile phone with sufficient video capabilities for the best results. Any costs associated with accessing the Services, including but not limited to internet data and usage fees, will the responsibility of the User. It is the User’s responsibility to inform the Service Provider (at the time the Services commence) of any conditions or details which may be relevant to the provision of the Services including but not limited to any applicable skin conditions, allergies and/or adverse reactions to particular products or substances used in the past. If the User has any concerns in this respect, the Service Provider recommends that the User conduct a skin allergy test before fully proceeding with any recommendation. The recommendations and advice given during the Services are not intended to be of a medical nature in any way. The Services session must not be recorded, streamed, copied, reproduced or redistributed by the User in any manner. The Services are intended to apply only to the individual who has made the booking and no one else. The link provided for the Services is unique to the User and cannot be used for any third party. The individual providing the Services reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Services at any time and for any reason. The Service Provider and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with the Services, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Use of the Services is subject to the Service Provider’s standard Privacy Policy and Website Terms of Use.
