We apologize for discontinuing your favourite YSL Beauty product. Please keep in mind that when a product or shade is discontinued, it is not done impulsively, but by taking into account many factors. Decisions to discontinue or introduce a product or size are made in response to consumer preferences and purchasing patterns throughout the country. Please e-mail us with the name/shade of your favourite product that has been discontinued and we will forward the information to all appropriate executives.

FREQUENTLY ASKED ENGRAVING QUESTIONS
WHICH PRODUCTS CAN I ENGRAVE?
YSL Beauty Australia is pleased to offer engraving on select products. This service is exclusive to YSLBeauty.com.au and available on selected Rouge Pur Couture lipsticks, Touche Éclat Highlighter and High Cover pens and selected 50ml or 90ml Black Opium, Opium and Mon Paris fragrances purchased on YSLBeauty.com.au.
HOW MUCH IS IT TO ENGRAVE A PRODUCT?
Engraving is currently a complimentary service on selected Rouge Pur Couture lipsticks, Touche Éclat Highlighter and High Cover pens and selected 50ml or 90ml Black Opium, Opium and Mon Paris fragrances. There is no additional cost at this time.
MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ENGRAVED PRODUCT?
The beauty of engraving is that once an item is personalised it is created and marked especially for you! This means that we are unable to accept exchanges or refunds if you change your mind about your purchase or engraving message. Engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to product defect.
MY ENGRAVING ITEM IS FAULTY, CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
The entire engraving process is completed by laser machine which means each product is specifically programmed to achieve the end finish designed for the selected product. In saying this, if you believe the actual product you have had engraved is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected].
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO ENGRAVE MY PRODUCT?
Please allow an additional 3-4 business days to engrave a product on top of the standard 1-2 business days to process the order. Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods.
CAN I CHOOSE MY ENGRAVING STYLE AND PLACEMENT?
At this time, we do not offer the option to select a desired font or placement. Our online engraving service is carried out by a laser machine, which is distinctively different to any in store service. Our engraving experts have pre-determined the ideal font and placement for the best results for each product and material type.
HOW MANY CHARACTERS CAN I HAVE ENGRAVED?
You can select up to 14 characters to engrave. Character selected is limited to English letters A-Z, numbers 0-9 and symbols '.-_!@:#
HOW CAN I CHOOSE MY ENGRAVING PRODUCT?
You can select the option to add engraving to your product by clicking "Customise" below the "Add to bag" button on the product page. After checking the box, you will have the ability to customise your message after clicking the Engrave Me button.
WHY CAN'T EVERYTHING ON YSLBEAUTY.COM.AU BE ENGRAVED?
Our range of engraving products have been carefully selected to ensure our personalisation service offers premium quality and finish. Some materials are not designed to withstand the process involved in laser machine engraving. Our team is constantly working to offer engraving on a wider range of our products.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received.
If you want to check the status of your order, and are a registered user, please log into My Account to check the progress of your order. If you want to track the shipment of your order, use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. Products ordered online are not for resale or commercial purposes. We regret that we must limit orders to no more than six (6) units of any item (per size, per day) with a maximum purchase of $1000 per customer. If you have any questions, please Contact Us and we will be happy to assist.

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Australia Post. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. We do not ship outside Australia at this time.

Credit card, Apple Pay, PayPal & Afterpay information entered in the site is secure and safe. All orders placed on this website are encrypted, thereby protecting any credit card information that is submitted at the time of the order.
