How to Apply Mascara

Knowing how to apply mascara correctly does not only help create your desired eye makeup look but also allows them to be long-wearing. Below is how you can achieve fuller and most-daring lashes in 4 steps.

Step 1: Sanitise your eyelashes regularly. When removing makeup, it is important that we also gently brush our natural lashes with makeup remover to avoid bacteria buildup around the eyes.

Step 2: Curling your lashes is also a crucial step in prepping your lashes. Curling before the application can help define the shape of your lashes and avoid clumping.

Step 3: Apply your chosen mascara from base to tip by wiggling the wand at the root of your lashes and making your way upwards. To coat your lashes, try applying your mascara wand vertically with a windshield wiper motion from the base of your lashes.

Step 4: Don't forget your bottom lashes for an intensified eye makeup look. To avoid smudging, place a tissue between your bottom lash line and undereye before gently applying your mascara using the tip brush.
