Shipping Methods and Rates
As of 12pm AEDT 16 December
for Sydney and Melbourne metro we can no longer ensure that your order will be delivered for Christmas.
If you are outside the Sydney and Melbourne Metro areas please note that your order needed to place by 12pm AEDT 12 December
to ensure delivery for Christmas.
Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Australia Post. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-5 business days for standard shipping. We do not ship outside Australia at this time.
We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received.
If you want to check the status of your order, and are a registered user, please log into My Account to check the progress of your order. if you want to track the shipment of your order, use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email. For any questions about your order, please Contact Us and we would be happy to assist you.
Change or Cancel an Existing Order
If you need to change an order you have already placed, please contact a YSL Beauty Customer Representative via Customer Service and select the subject "My Order" and topic "Can I Change My Order?" To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs.
We cannot refund or exchange Products if you simply change your mind.
If you receive a Product which has been sent in error, or which doesn’t comply with its specification, contact us immediately at Service@yslbeauty.com.au. You must return the affected Product to us within 7 working days of you receiving it, in its original form and packaging. Once we receive it, we will inspect it and investigate any claimed defects as quickly as possible. If we determine that the Product is defective, or if it has been sent to you in error, we will either refund the price you paid and the postage costs, or we will exchange the Product and send you an alternative, at our election.
We may determine that the Product is not defective or has not been sent to you in error, including on the basis that you have not used the Product in accordance with its instructions, or if you have failed to take reasonable care, or for some other reason outside of our control. In this case, we may reject your claim, and return the Products to you at your cost. However nothing in these Terms limits your rights at law.
If you have purchased products from the YSL Beauty website you may return them by mail. YSL Beauty's products purchased from a retail store please return it to that store.
We respectfully request that you include a copy of the sales receipt. If you buy YSL Beauty's products from unauthorised retailers or other unauthorised sources, we regret that we cannot assist you with any problems that you may encounter.
If you should need further information regarding the return of any YSL Beauty products, please do not hesitate to Contact Us, and it would be our pleasure to assist you however we could.
Report a Problem with Your Order
If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please Contact Us. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number available. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.
We regret that we do not ship outside Australia at this time for orders placed at yslbeauty.com.au.
International Credit Card Payments
Consumers using foreign credit cards issued in many countries can place orders on this website provided that the Ship-To Address is in Australia. We do reserve the right to decline orders made with credit cards issued from specific countries. Should you have additional questions or concerns please Contact Us.
